The Role As the Assistant Commercial Property Manager, you’ll support the management of a major retail portfolio. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations, tenant liaison, lease administration, and financial reporting, while learning from some of the best in the business. Key responsibilities include:Assisting with lease compliance, renewals and rent reviewsCoordinating maintenance and contractor managementLiaising with tenants and responding to enquiriesPreparing reports and budgetsManaging arrears and invoicingSupporting the Senior Property Managers on portfolio strategy The Criteria We're looking for someone who brings experience, energy, and a proactive mindset.
