Customer service-focused role where the on-road tasks and time wasted away from the office will be taken care of by a in house leasing agent, assistance with a portion of routines plus shared support from an Assistant PM/Administrator. Manage neat portfolio size geared around experience circa 80-120 The only external work required will be a portion of routines, final inspections and breach inspections.
