About the Role As an Account Coordinator Leader and overseeing a national team of Account Coordinators, you will be a foundation of support, structure and coaching that allows the team to thrive, grow, and do what they do best in supporting our Sales teams with their portfolios of Real Estate Developer clients. From setting up digital & print marketing campaigns to general account / admin tasks, no two days are ever the same for this team! With direct visibility into wider Domain teams (Content, AdOps and Sales), and a unique reporting line into senior leadership, this is a unique opportunity to put yourself on the map in a robust Account Coordinator function that will grow and thrive under your leadership. Communicate constantly with Sales stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery of services, and actioning feedback to improve performance and customer satisfaction. Act as an escalation point to help resolve complex customer needs. Oversee admin support provided to sales teams - e.g. proposals, client correspondences, case studies and reports. Encourage cross-skilling and knowledge sharing amongst team members. Optimising team capacity and ensuring fair allocation of work, whilst driving adherence to service level agreements. Eventually develop onboarding, training programs and coaching for long-term career progression within the team. Hire for any new roles as the team grows. Our Ideal Person: ESSENTIAL : Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college. Strong people manager experience with a highly confident style. Experience managing interstate / remote team members. Great communicator who thrives in front of customers and stakeholders. Can-do attitude, and ready to be hands-on in all areas! Adept at identifying opportunities for process improvements. Full working rights for a full-time permanent position. NICE TO HAVES : Industry experience in digital advertising / marketing with an understanding of Ad-Ops functions. Previous experience in a Coordinator role or similar team support / admin function.
