Customer Success Manager - Global HCM Solutions Provider Our client's has significant Private Equity backing, is expanding its Australian team and seeking a Customer Success Manager to support the local leadership team. They help enterprise organisations with data-driven decision making, enabling them to effectively manage their workforce and organisational structure to navigate volatile market situations. As a CSM, you'll be responsible for working closely with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and successful use of the product. You'll build strong relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and identify opportunities for growth within your account base. On Offer: $110,000-$130,000 Super 10-20% Bonus Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Proactively identify and address client needs, ensuring they are achieving maximum value from our solutions. Collaborate with the sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to track progress, share best practices, and identify new opportunities. Monitor client health metrics and proactively engage with at-risk accounts to improve retention and satisfaction. Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional services. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: 3-5 years of proven experience in a customer success or account management role, ideally within a SaaS environment. Experience working with HR technology or selling into HR departments is a significant plus. Comfortable thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Resilient and collaborative team player.
