Your Impact We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Delivery function, responsible for driving end-to-end digital project delivery aligned with Asahi’s strategic priorities. You will manage the full project lifecycle – from planning and execution to completion – ensuring delivery excellence across key initiatives and projects. Working closely with project teams, contractors, and vendors, you will lead coordination and execution to deliver outcomes on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is critical to ensuring consistency with our corporate strategy, project methodology, and business goals. About the Role Lead end-to-end project delivery in line with the Asahi Project Management Framework, ensuring high standards of execution, governance, and documentation. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing, including changes through formal change control processes. Ensure solution design is achievable, with focus on ROI, benefit realisation, and smooth business transition. Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and technology teams to align on key decisions, resource planning, and delivery outcomes. Oversee risk, issue, and milestone management, ensuring proactive mitigation and timely resolution. Monitor and report on project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, and vendor cost management. Ensure successful cutover and transition to business-as-usual, including operations handover and support readiness. About You Tertiary qualifications essential, with certifications in PRINCE2, Agile or similar methodologies. Previous experience in project/program management with a focus on delivery excellence across varied environments. Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of IT systems and digital alignment to business strategy. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including operational site-based teams, executive leadership, and external partners. Proven ability to lead, influence, and manage stakeholders at all levels, including executive and board-level communication. Experience in FMCG, retail, or supply chain industries highly regarded.
