Description As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Co-Curricular and Student Experience provides strategic and operational leadership across the School’s extensive co-curricular programs. This role balances visionary leadership with the practical delivery of initiatives that enrich student life through sport, arts and outdoor education. The Head of Co-Curricular and Student Experience is instrumental in fostering a culture that promotes engagement, belonging, and holistic development across all programs. It requires a leader who can inspire and mentor staff, champion innovative programs, and ensure students experience diverse opportunities that build character and resilience. This role oversees the design and delivery of co-curricular programs and House activities, while driving continuous improvement and safeguarding standards.
