We are seeking an experienced, motivated and highly organised sales and account management professional to join our Victorian Branch based in Heidelberg West . Working on the road you would be responsible for the ongoing success of our business in the area. This full-time Client Manager role focuses on both new sales and account management. We offer our customers exceptional photography, print and design services, so you would be on the road introducing our services to new customers as well as managing existing school accounts in your territory. Your goal is to secure new business and maintain great relationships with our new and current customers. Reporting directly to the Victorian Branch Manager, some of your responsibilities include: Setting up and attending meetings with potential and existing school customers Managing your own time and territory Securing new business from schools for school photography and other products Promoting the range of print & design services offered by the company Representing the company at major conferences, P&C meetings, and other events Being responsible for retaining accounts and delivering exceptional service to our current customers Liaising effectively with our in-house Customer Service team to ensure we exceed customer expectations Building upon our long-standing success The successful candidate will have: Sales, account management and negotiation experience from being 'on the road' working as a face-to-face salesperson The determination and drive to succeed An engaging, solution-based sales technique A warm, friendly personality and professional presentation A commitment to customer service and to building great relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to manage and prioritise their time and be highly organised An appreciation of the importance of maintaining the accuracy of a CRM system A willingness to be on the road every day, and travel overnight occasionally as required Australian residency A current Australian Driver's licence You are required to secure your own Working With Children clearances in order to be able to work in the Victorian school environment.
