Applicant MUST HAVE Slaughtering experience of cattle and sheep. Applicant must be Experienced on a slaughter floor and have excellent knife skills To be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy weights Able to communicate and work as part of a team The ability to prioritize, organize and complete work within set timeframes Able to Pass a Drug and Alcohol test if required Prompt, Reliable and hold a good work ethic and work as part of a team.
