Poly Welders – FIFO & Local Roles MACFORCE Australia Multiple Positions Available – FIFO & Local Perth Projects ✈️ 2:1 FIFO rosters ex-Perth Local Perth workshop extrusion welder roles Short & long-term opportunities About the Roles MACFORCE Australia are seeking experienced Poly Welders for a variety of projects across Western Australia. Positions are available on FIFO rosters for site-based dewatering and pipeline works, as well as local Perth workshop roles specialising in extrusion welding. Duties FIFO Poly Welder ✈️ Operate poly welding machines such as Dixons, McElroys, and Ritmos (up to 900mm) Install HDPE pipelines and dewatering infrastructure including valves, T’s, bends, and reducers Read and interpret drawings, completing works independently Install and operate dewatering systems on remote FIFO construction sites Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of dewatering equipment Carry out bore sinking and associated works (desirable) Complete all site safety, quality, and compliance paperwork Local Extrusion Welder Carry out extrusion welding on HDPE pipe and fittings within a workshop environment Operate extrusion welding equipment to perform repairs, fabrications, and modifications Read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications Perform precise welding on tanks, fittings, and other HDPE components Assist with general workshop duties and preparation of materials Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards Maintain a safe and tidy work environment at all times Skills & Experience HDPE Butt Welding Ticket and 3 years’ experience as a poly welder Proven experience in either FIFO poly welding or extrusion welding Strong knowledge of HDPE pipe installation and fabrication Experience using McElroy, Dixon, and Ritmo welding machines Ability to read drawings and work unsupervised Data Logger experience desirable FMG, Rio Tinto, or Roy Hill inductions highly regarded Benefits FIFO and local roles available – choose what suits your lifestyle Temp-to-perm opportunities with long-term security Work with an employer who values tradespeople and positive workplaces Opportunities across multiple projects throughout WA How to Apply Head to our website: www.macforce.com.au Click Employment → Register Here OR apply directly via the link below: https://forms.rapidcrews.com/form-5823182/
