Responsibilities Service Delivery Community Engagement and Business Development Team Collaboration and Development Legislative and Policy Compliance Reporting and Administration Personal Accountability Key Result Areas Key result areas (KRAs) will be identified in consultation with the Chief Executive Officer as part of Blossom Community Care’s Performance Appraisal and Development process. These KRAs will be regularly reviewed and adapted as required. Qualifications Diploma in Disability, Community Services, or related qualification. Minimum 2 years' experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator. Current Victorian Driver’s License. Knowledge & Experience In-depth understanding of the Disability Standards and NDIS principles, incorporating them into daily work practices and values. Proficiency with relevant computer software. Proven ability to work under broad direction. Fit to operate screen-based equipment. Experience communicating with people with disabilities or NDIS participants. Experience in identifying, developing, and evaluating communication matters. Attributes Positive attitude towards the inclusion of people with disabilities. Strong problem-solving skills. Commitment to professional development and achieving quality outcomes. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
