About the Opportunity As the Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring planned and corrective maintenance and repairs for our Home are carried out safely in an effective and timely manner. You will also be involved in projects, equipment replacement and provided input into budget preparations. Your ability to foster strong relationship with residents, contractors and suppliers will be a key part of making sure every day is the best it can be. This is a permanent position that can be offered as full time. About You To be successful, you'll need: General maintenance experience e.g., painting, plastering, equipment repairs, minor plumbing & electrical issues and grounds maintenance Current valid drivers' licence Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and team members Proficient documentation and computer skills A trade qualification and previous experience in aged care or related industry are desirable but not essential.
