THE ROLE: We’re looking for a motivated individual to mentor, guide, and support our Fleet Services Team while also being hands-on in delivering exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day operations of the Fleet Services function, which covers Fuel, Infringements, Registrations, and Toll management. Reporting to the Fleet Services Manager, you’ll set the standard for service delivery, drive improvements, and help foster a high-performing team culture. Key Responsibilities Oversee and support fleet services processes, including fuel cards, infringements, tolls, and related administration. Work alongside the team to ensure customer queries are resolved promptly and effectively. Act as an escalation point, providing direction, problem-solving, and guidance. Coach, develop, and cross-train team members to build capability and engagement. Drive process and system improvements to enhance compliance, efficiency, and service quality. Assist the Fleet Services Manager with process documentation, communications, and wider operational support.
