The Role This role is all about driving enrolments. You’ll take the lead on sales strategy, guide and motivate a team of 12, and develop strong partnerships along the way. With a focus on conversion and results, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and other teams to deliver great student experiences and hit ambitious targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead execution of sales strategies, optimise lead conversion, and use data-driven insights to achieve enrolment targets. Ensure effective use of CRM systems, streamline the enquiry-to-enrolment journey, and enhance automation, workflows, and compliance. Recruit, coach, and inspire a sales team across multiple locations, fostering a customer-first mindset and continuous capability growth. Maintain deep knowledge of all programs, ensuring teams are equipped with key differentiators and aligned with product and academic updates. Collaborate on pricing models, monitor market trends, and refine value propositions to stay competitive and student focused. Co-create lead nurturing content and campaigns, provide feedback on lead quality, and align sales messaging with marketing efforts. Ideal Candidate: Will have prior experience leading a high performing sales team (ideally from within the education sector) Knowledge of the education and training landscape is highly regarded Skilled at building trust with internal stakeholders, students, and external partners The ability to set and execute sales strategies that drive enrolments and growth Will have experience in leading a high-performance culture where people feel supported and motivated Uses market insights and performance data to make smart decisions, optimise conversion, and spot new opportunities Benefits: Work remotely anywhere in Australia with flexible work arrangements.
