We’re looking for a highly capable Recruitment Operations Administrator to support our growing recruitment and labour hire business. You’ll be the engine behind our daily operations — managing systems, payroll, and administration to keep things running efficiently across J obAdder, Xero, and Astute Payroll. This role suits someone organised, detail-focused, and confident juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Key Responsibilities Process payroll and timesheets through Astute Payroll Manage invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting in Xero Maintain and update JobAdder CRM , ensuring compliance and accuracy Support consultants with onboarding, timesheet, and worker documentation Liaise with clients, contractors, and directors to meet payroll and operational deadlines Assist with compliance audits, insurance renewals, and system reporting About You Previous administration or payroll experience , ideally within recruitment or labour hire Confident using JobAdder, Xero, and Astute Payroll Highly organised with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and multitasking skills Proactive and able to work independently Why Join WYN&CO At WYN&CO , we’re a dynamic recruitment and labour hire company built on partnership, integrity, and delivery.
