As their presence continues to grow, they are now seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their expanding team based in Adelaide, this will be a remote role with future expectations to work in a hybrid model. The role: As a Technical Support Engineer , you will play a key role in ensuring the successful commissioning, troubleshooting, and long-term performance of solar inverter and battery systems. Providing Level 2 support to installers and end customers, both remotely and on-site, you’ll deliver expert guidance to resolve technical issues and ensure all projects comply with Australian standards. Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for PV and hybrid solar systems. Assist with installation and commissioning via phone, email, and on-site visits. Provide advanced diagnostics and high-level support for solar and battery systems. Conduct training sessions for installers on system installation and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical issues. Maintain and update technical documentation to support field operations. Identify and communicate opportunities for product improvements based on field feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred) Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with solar, battery, and inverter systems Solid understanding of inverters, hybrid energy systems, and related technologies Familiarity with AS/NZS 4777.2 and relevant Australian electrical standards Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach Willingness to travel as required for site visits and support activities On offer: Above market base salary super Opportunity to grow in a global company Trainings provided If you're ready to seize this exciting opportunity and make a significant impact within our organization, we encourage you to take action today!
