Leading the end to end CRM strategy, for two major Consumer Brands in the Food & Healthy-Living space, reporting directly to the GM of Digital and delivering high-impact win-back, retention & Loyalty strategies, whilst scaling the team. The Role: Working across a high-performing portfolio of two brands, executing and delivering retention and win-back strategies for two major brands in the Consumer space, working across different audience segments & online channels, in a hugely cross-functional role, within one of the most impressive Digital teams in the industry.
