The role: As our next Senior Digital Director - Performance you will play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination and integration across performance media channels while aligning with broader strategic objectives. This role is instrumental in driving cross-channel performance strategy and innovation, ensuring campaign effectiveness, and fostering collaboration between internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Digital Director will work closely with market teams, channel leads, and global stakeholders to optimize performance media execution and strategy. Core responsibilities: Leads cross-channel performance media strategy, ensuring alignment with globally agreed comms model and planning principles. Acts as the senior cross-channel point of contact for the Cluster Client, managing key client relationships across the performance hub. Coordinates media execution across performance channels while ensuring integration with key channels. Actively lead and contribute to the digital media planning components of the client response to brief Work highly effectively with client’s major digital media owner partners in particular Google and Meta Provide a generalist view and specialist expertise of all facets of digital media (biddable and non-biddable) and how they can work together effectively in the context of a media strategy and/or plan Maintain and champion strict deliverability on targets, and ensure high audit standards are consistently met Lead a digital team, coaching and developing careers, giving feedback and mentoring to advance careers at dentu A bit about you: Considered an expert in all aspects of digital media planning and implementation – with demonstrated ability to lead and innovate across broader digital ecosystem such as Affiliates and Programmatic A leader within the field of digital and technology setting positive examples for the digital practitioners within the agency Strong proven experience and success leading digital functions, particularly in Paid Search and Paid Social, Programmatic, Video Technical competence and planning ability with Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Ads, GA4, all Social Platforms Aptly manages systems for forecasting accurate spend and tracking progress Proven ability to translate agency strategy into innovative, executionable business plans for the client that deliver business value Proven ability to lead integrated responses to brief, liaising with key senior (C-Suite) stakeholders What’s in it for you: Experience developing and managing testing roadmaps across both local and global initiatives Strong collaborative style with channel teams to ensure the strategic direction aligns with business challenges & vision Proactively puts forward innovation opportunities and shares own market knowledge with the rest of the client community Previous experience ensuring SLAs for client hub channels are adhered to and act as an escalation point for performance-related challenges.
