Description We are currently recruiting a permanent Service Delivery Officer to join our team. This role has a preferred location of Parkes, however, Coffs Harbour will also be considered. The Service Delivery Officer reports to the Branch Administration Coordinator and plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of administrative services across Essential Energy’s Network Services division. The Service Delivery Officer provides operational and administrative support to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely processing of information, contractor claims, and stakeholder reporting. This role is key to enabling efficient business operations and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative services across the division, ensuring efficiency and compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards Liaise with internal departments and customers to support effective service delivery Use business systems to manage and process workplace information in line with policies and procedures Review and process contractor and supplier claims in accordance with procurement and financial governance standards Support change management initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement Deliver stakeholder reporting aligned with divisional requirements Participate in training and development to support peak workloads Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in alignment with Essential Energy’s Code of Conduct About You As a Service Delivery Officer, you will bring strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be confident working independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment. Required Qualifications/Skills Required: Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience Experience: Administrative support in a large organisation Record management and data entry Customer liaison and service delivery Working to deadlines while maintaining confidentiality Use of business systems and Microsoft Office Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team Flexible, self-motivated, and well-organised Why Join Essential Energy?
