Job Description Support the team in delivering consistent, high-quality food production and presentation Carry out food preparation tasks efficiently and in line with presentation guidelines Keep all work areas clean, hygienic, and organised at all times Follow strict food safety and hygiene practices, avoiding cross-contamination Assist with dishwashing and general cleaning duties as required Report any maintenance, hygiene, or safety hazards promptly Work collaboratively with other departments and maintain strong team relationships Contribute to achieving departmental targets and service standards Be flexible and willing to work across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts
