About the Role As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for: Leadership on the floor – coaching, mentoring, and inspiring your team to deliver authentic, high-quality service every day. Operational excellence – overseeing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control, ensuring an efficient and beautiful store presentation. Customer experience – fostering genuine connections with customers, turning first-time visitors into loyal advocates. Team development – recruiting, training, and nurturing a high-performing, positive, and accountable team. Performance and results – driving sales and profitability through effective leadership, planning, and execution. What We’re Looking For Proven fashion retail management experience (minimum 5 years). Strong operational and organisational skills. A customer-first mindset and commitment to excellence in service. The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team. A proactive approach to achieving targets and maintaining brand standards.
