ConsultANZ is seeking 2x Site Engineers for a large-scale road project in NSW. As project demand increases, our client is looking for engineers with a background in road and pavement construction, ideally with exposure to TfNSW projects, to join their growing team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the planning and execution of road and pavement construction projects Ensure compliance with TfNSW specifications, project requirements, and safety standards Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Maintain and manage site documentation, including quality assurance and progress tracking Support the Project Manager in scheduling, cost control, and reporting Conduct inspections and resolve technical or construction issues on-site Liaise with stakeholders and ensure project milestones are met REQUIREMENTS: Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field 1–4 years of experience delivering road and pavement construction projects Experienced in road and pavement construction methods and delivery Experience working to TfNSW standards and specifications (highly regarded) Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally as required BENEFITS: Competitive salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 base super, depending on experience Contract role with a clear pathway to permanent employment Join a high-performing team delivering significant road and pavement upgrades across Sydney Work on well-funded, long-term TfNSW infrastructure projects Supportive company culture with professional development opportunities APPLY NOW If you are interested, please email mary.maminta@consultanz.com.au to learn more about this opportunity.
