They are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join on a 6-month contract and lead the optimisation and enhancement of their Salesforce platform. The project involves linking two Salesforce orgs so they operate seamlessly as one, driving efficiency, scalability, and data consistency across the business. This role will suit a hands-on technical leader who can balance solution design, system analysis, and technical delivery, operating in the capacity of a Senior Salesforce Developer while guiding a small internal team. Responsibilities • Design and deliver scalable Salesforce architecture to unify two existing orgs. • Lead and mentor a small team consisting of a Salesforce Developer and Administrator. • Act as a senior technical contributor, developing in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Conduct system and process analysis to identify optimisation opportunities. • Oversee integrations to ensure performance, security, and maintainability. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, technical solutions. Skills • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Lead/Senior Developer. • Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations. • Strong background in solution design, technical analysis, and system optimisation. • Experience leading and mentoring small technical teams.
