About the Role: The Data Remediation Support Officer will support the Northern Territory Police Force (NTPF) Digital Transformation Program, which aims to enhance policing and community safety through improved data integrity and operational efficiency. The role involves processing and validating data to meet quality standards, identifying anomalies, and contributing to continuous improvement in data management practices. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process, validate, and manage data within agreed timeframes. Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and records management standards. Identify and report data quality issues to improve processes. Collaborate with team members and other units to resolve data-related issues. Follow defined service quality standards and operational procedures. Contribute to the improvement of data entry and validation procedures. Requirements Additional Information: Clearance Requirements: National Police Clearance and PF166. Start Date: As soon as possible. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. Experience in high-volume data or records processing environments (e.g., policing, justice, health). Familiarity with standard operating procedures and quality checks. Understanding of privacy, security, and records management in a public sector context. Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on accuracy and quality.
