This role involves leading a small team of technology support analysts across multiple geographic locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and support. How do you exceed our expectations? You will have proven experience in leading a technology support team. Strong understanding of service delivery standards and procedures. Good understanding of Microsoft Technologies, Apple products, Azure, Video Conferencing and basic networking principles. Proven experience with ServiceNow Proven experience managing IT assets Proven experience with project transitioning Proven experience with Service reporting and implementing improvements.
