Description What’s the role? The Solution Design function plays an important role in the development of solution designs, defines interface contracts for the respective channels and ensures that they align with domain and project architectures. This role is within the program delivery team, working closely with the various key stakeholders and assist in key deliverables as per responsibilities assigned by the Program Director or their delegate. Key Responsibilities : Lead end to end solution design for complex enterprise systems and integrations Architect batch processing, ETL workflows, and API solutions (REST/SOAP) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical specifications Design and optimize relational databases, write complex SQL, and document interface designs Integrate legacy and modern systems, ensuring data consistency and security compliance Provide technical leadership, support BAU activities, and contribute to estimation and discovery phases What do I need? Extensive experience in solution architecture and design, with strong analytical and problem solving skills Proficient in microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines Skilled in batch processing, ETL workflows, and API design (REST, SOAP) Strong background in software development, database design, and complex SQL Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams Tertiary qualifications in IT or Computer Science; cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) are desirable Why join us?
