Role Summary As a Mobile Wellness Coach, you’ll deliver personalised health and wellness support to TLC employees and clients. This includes fitness planning, nutritional guidance, behavioural coaching, and wellness workshops across TLC sites. Key Responsibilities Conduct health assessments and create tailored wellness plans Deliver one-on-one coaching and group sessions (on-site, offsite & virtual) Design fitness programs with allied health professionals Promote TLC wellness initiatives and health challenges Track progress and adjust plans to meet individual goals Provide excellent customer service and support Qualifications & Compliance Cert IV in Fitness or equivalent (Bachelor in Exercise Science desirable) Level 2 First Aid (incl.
