Product Manager – Cards & Payments | Fintech Scale-Up | Sydney (Hybrid) Join a fast-growing fintech redefining the future of embedded finance. What you’ll do: Drive the end-to-end delivery of digital payment products and features across cards, real-time and account-based payments. Partner with engineers, compliance, and vendors to translate strategy into execution. Use data and customer insight to optimise performance and identify new opportunities. Manage key relationships with external partners, card networks, and processors. Support go-to-market initiatives and ensure products meet regulatory and client expectations. What we’re looking for: 5 years’ experience in Cards (or Payments) product management within fintech and financial services. Strong understanding of cards, digital payments or real-time payment systems. Understanding on how to partner with the schemes & scheme compliance. Proven ability to collaborate across business, technology, and vendor management. A mix of commercial and technical acumen, comfortable working in a fast-moving, scaling environment.
