Client 1 About the Role: This role involves supporting a client to maintain their functional and social independence through in-home assistance and community access. Support Includes: In-home daily living assistance Personal care Community access and social engagement High manual handling tasks Promoting independence and quality of life Requirements: A vehicle large enough to accommodate both a client and a wheelchair Female support workers preferred, but male candidates are welcome to join our talent pool Commitment to building long-term, consistent support Flexibility to work varied shifts, including overnights and weekends Client 2 – Werrington (24/7 Care) About the Role: We are also seeking support workers to assist a client living with quadriplegia, anxiety, and depression. This is a 24/7 care position requiring patience, empathy, and strong technical care skills. Support Includes: Domestic assistance Social support Personal care, including bowel care High manual handling responsibilities Requirements: Female support workers preferred, though we are open to male applicants for future placements Experience with complex physical and mental health needs is highly regarded Flexibility and availability across all shift types What We’re Looking For: Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent Strong manual handling knowledge and experience Valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide trauma-informed and respectful care Mandatory Requirements: Current First Aid Certificate Current Police Check NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check Full working rights in Australia Apply Now: Click APPLY via SEEK to express your interest.
