Promote safety, wellbeing, and self-determination. Support daily living, health needs, and positive behaviour strategies. Collaborate with a passionate team across a 7-day rotating roster . Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement. What You Bring Cert III or IV in Disability Support (or relevant qualification) - Desirable NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, and Working with Children Check (if applicable). Valid full driver’s licence First Aid & CPR certificate. Strong communication skills and a commitment to trauma-informed care. Willingness to complete core and therapeutic training. Why Join Us?
