Covering the West Melbourne territory (with occasional Geelong visits (2 visits per month) Enjoy developing long-term relationships with OTs and providing tailored product solutions for complex rehabilitation cases. Manage leads, develop new business, and maintain existing relationships with OTs Get hands-on with product handling, customisation, demos, installations, and trials. Attend the local office 1–2 times per week for meetings and product pickups. The rest of the time you will be field-based in the community. Skills & Experience: Experience with scripted, powered wheelchairs, either from a Service or Sales perspective. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, comfortable engaging with Occupational Therapists and NDIS participants in the community A genuine passion for helping people and working in the complex rehabilitation space. A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to retain technical information and manage complex clinical cases.
