The day-to-day stuff Influence project success: You’ll shape how Dayforce comes to life for clients, ensuring solutions are smart, scalable and truly fit-for-purpose. Get your hands dirty: Stay close to the action, oversee configuration, troubleshoot, and steer projects through discovery to deployment. Be the go-to expert: Share your Dayforce wisdom across multiple projects while mentoring consultants and shaping internal standards. What you need A minimum of 3 years of Dayforce working knowledge Hands-on experience with complex HRIS implementation projects involving Payroll and WFM Strong understanding of data migration, integration workflows and API principles Experience and aptitude for triaging, diagnosing and resolving issues with data and/or integrations.
