ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Piling Estimator in Australia for a top-tier civil contractor. You’ll play a key role in the pricing and tendering of major piling projects across Australia. Working closely with in-house design and project teams, you’ll prepare competitive tenders covering a range of piling methodologies such as bored, CFA, driven, and secant piles. Responsibilities: Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for a range of piling methodologies (bored, CFA, driven, D wall and secant piles). Pricing and managing tenders for large-scale civil infrastructure projects nationwide. Working closely with internal design and delivery teams to align costings with technical and construction requirements. Reviewing tender documentation, geotechnical data, and specifications to determine optimal methodologies. Supporting pre-contract strategy and providing input during tender review meetings. Maintaining and developing cost databases and pricing templates to improve estimation efficiency. Requirements: Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent). Proven experience in piling estimation or tendering, ideally across multiple methodologies. Strong analytical and commercial skills with a good understanding of cost build-ups. Proficient in MS Excel and other estimating tools. Design experience is advantageous but not essential (in-house design support provided). Excellent communication and teamwork skills across technical and commercial teams. What’s On Offer: $110-140k base super car allowance, negotiable depending on experience.
