About the Role Reporting to the Manager, Member Advice, you will be responsible providing tailored, compliant financial advice to members, helping them make informed decisions to maximise their retirement outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide limited financial advice to members, considering their personal circumstances and goals to support informed superannuation decisions; Prepare and deliver compliant Statements of Advice (SoAs) in line with the Authorised Representative Agreement and Approved Products List; Recommend appropriate strategies to help members maximise their retirement outcomes; Support and mentor Client Partnership Managers and Contact Centre staff to ensure quality and appropriate advice referrals; Maintain accurate records and ensure all advice and member interactions comply with the fund, Licensee, and financial services regulations; AND Represent the fund at member and employer events, including open days, retirement seminars, and education sessions across Victoria and NSW. Key Requirements Financial Planning qualifications (must meet all FASEA requirements) and have successfully completed the Professional Year; Listed on ASIC Adviser Register; Maintained CPD in accordance with your qualification; Experience in customer service with a strong focus on understanding client needs and delivering exceptional outcomes; AND Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate the value of personal financial advice in a simplified manner.
