We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and be a part of delivering an outstanding customer experience to our campaigners and donors. This is a fully remote role with very occasional travel. What You’ll Do As one of the primary touchpoints for Chuffed customers, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring campaigners and donors receive timely and helpful support. You'll also act as a bridge between our community and the wider Chuffed team, helping us continuously improve the experience for everyone using our platform. Here’s how you’ll spend your time: Assist campaigners and donors as they launch campaigns, make donations, and navigate Chuffed’s tools and products. Your communication with customers will be via email. Advocate for our community by sharing insights and feedback with the Customer Support Lead, helping ensure that the Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams stay connected to our customers needs Enhance our customer support by identifying opportunities to improve how we interact with and assist our community Maintain our knowledge base, updating and refining articles so customers can easily find the most relevant and up-to-date information Requirements About You You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a customer support role You’re a strong communicator who can clearly explain complex information while keeping your responses friendly and engaging You’re customer-focused and enjoy advocating for a better user experience You’re highly organized and efficient , able to prioritize tasks effectively You have a strong growth mindset - you’re not afraid to take risks, fail and learn.
