Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and personalised client experiences. Experience in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards. Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Confident in using POS systems, e-commerce platforms, Microsoft Office, and marketing tools. A genuine interest in fashion, style, and creating memorable retail experiences. Motivated to achieve sales targets while supporting a positive, collaborative team environment.
