You’ll build trusted relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital procurement departments while providing expert clinical and technical support during surgical cases. You will develop and execute a strategic business plan to grow your territory and identify new business opportunities within hospitals, day surgeries, and private practices. You will deliver clinical support in operating theatres, ensuring best-in-class service and conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, and workshops for medical professionals. Manage consignment stock and product logistics to ensure seamless surgical outcomes. WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB? Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically in orthopaedics Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue Strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital networks across Victoria Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence in theatre environments Tertiary qualification in business, science, or health-related discipline Valid Australian driver’s licence and flexibility to travel (including overnight stays and on-call) You must have full working rights for Australia and be vaccinated against COVID-19.
