The role includes but is not limited to: Sourcing, screening & interviewing candidates Servicing a hot desk with an established client base Attend client visits & build strong relationships Take job briefs & drive entire recruitment cycle Maintain & utilise our extensive database of candidates Work effectively with our talent acquisition team Actively engage within social media & other associated sourcing tools Provide a thorough, ethical & consultative service at all times! About you: Recruitment or Real Estate experience is highly advantageous however, what is of huge importance includes the following: You are keen, coachable & hungry Have a high sense of urgency Sales skills/experience Resilient, street smart & have emotional intelligence You are an ethical & honest person Computer literate & stable work history Effective business English skills verbal & written Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident If you possess the above attributes then we would love to hear from you - we can teach skill but not will!
