We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Business Support team and take ownership of a desk with huge potential. You’ll recruit across the construction, property, manufacturing and operations sectors, working with a loyal network of clients and candidates who value Aspect’s quality, transparency, and results. The desk has a strong foundation and plenty of room to grow – you’ll inherit existing relationships, but also have the opportunity to make it your own. The ideal person will be an energetic, results-driven recruiter who thrives on building meaningful connections. You’ll balance your time between managing called-in roles and driving new business – leveraging the network and reputation built by some of Aspect’s top performers. This role is suited to a consultant ready to take the next step in their career. About You You’re a capable, confident recruiter with a track record of running a 360° desk. You love the thrill of filling roles, the satisfaction of solving client problems, and the buzz that comes from seeing your work have an impact.
