Job Description ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute global Product Excellence Strategy delivery for next-generation products, including Product Concept research and experience development in support of Program deliverable timing. Interface with Feature Application teams to ensure catalogue feature functionality and software development delivers on aligned experiences and specific Product customer requirements. Lead definition and cascading of target ranges and experience deliverables with Attribute, Marketing, and Human-Centred Design teams to deliver intended experiences, attribute performance, and corporate/regulatory compliance in line with program assumptions and affordable cost targets. Track and report GY/R status of Vehicle Attributes/Experiences vs respective targets to program management and manage deliverables for program milestones. Lead and coordinate the Vehicle Attribute Plans to detail all analytical and physical Attribute assessments, vehicle and signoff requirements, and timing for the various program milestones. Skills Required: Confidence in presenting and excellent communication skills. Enterprise view of the business and fundamental interest in total vehicle and competitive market actions.
