The Opportunity We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Charter Administration Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of charter and event operations. You’ll play a vital role liaising with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure services run on time, compliance is maintained, and every journey goes to plan. What You’ll Do Plan and schedule charter and rail replacement services. Coordinate subcontractors and verify readiness and compliance. Maintain accurate service records, contracts, and performance logs. Monitor service delivery and provide real-time updates to stakeholders. Reconcile data for billing, invoicing, and KPI reporting. Prepare reports on service performance, incidents, and customer feedback. Support disruption management with mapping and tracking tools. What You’ll Bring Experience in transport, logistics, or service coordination. Excellent administration and data accuracy skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
