About the opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced midwife to join our Antenatal Clinic team at Werribee Mercy Hospital. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing and triaging pregnancy care referrals, ensuring timely and appropriate access to services. Key Responsibilities Triage incoming pregnancy care referrals to Werribee Mercy Hospital Redirect and manage referrals to alternative hospitals when required Collate and present referral and service data Liaise with internal stakeholders and external hospital networks Contributes to projects, audits and clinical care when required What you'll bring You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Essential Criteria: Current registration as a Midwife with AHPRA Minimum two years clinical experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems Sound clinical knowledge Desirable: Experience working in an Antenatal Clinic environment Knowledge of current referral processes Familiarity with CRM/VICKEY referral systems (training will be provided if required) Join a team committed to providing high-quality, person-centered maternity care in a supportive and innovative environment.
