Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Specialist Consultant, based in Truganina VIC, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Specialist Consultant will be responsible for evaluating client needs, recommending suitable equipment solutions, providing training and support to clients and carers, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of advancements in special needs equipment. Additionally, this role requires the creation of detailed reports and documentation, as well as coordination with internal teams to ensure optimal client service. QualificationsStrong understanding of special needs equipment and its applicationsExceptional customer service and client relation skillsEffective communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to conduct assessments and provide tailored equipment recommendationsProficiency in maintaining detailed reports and documentationCapacity to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentExperience in the healthcare or rehabilitation industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related field preferred
