About the role This is an excellent opportunity to join the Hessel Group as a Corporate Services Partner, reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will play a key role in supporting corporate and operational support to our C-Suite, and business units. This is a full-time position based across our Fullarton and Welland, SA offices. What you'll be doing Business Operations Coordinator Arrange and coordinate events and meetings, agendas, and room bookings Assist with tenders, internal registers, and internal/external reporting Support recruitment, onboarding, inductions, and return-to-work processes Manage staff compliance checks, screenings, and system access Oversee staff equipment and office supplies Provide broad administrative support across projects and business units Manage internal communication channels and system access What you’ll bring (Experience & Qualifications): Essential 2–3 years’ experience in administration, coordination, or executive support Experience coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and managing systems Demonstrated ability to support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with cloud-based systems (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, CRMs) Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail Desirable Experience supporting senior executives or C-Suite leaders Exposure to HR processes (e.g., return-to-work, compliance checks, onboarding documentation) Experience assisting with tenders, annual reporting, or audit preparation Previous experience in a health, community services, or NDIS-related organisation Certificate III/IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience Why join us?
