As our Intake Officer you will be the welcoming first point of contact for people reaching out to our accommodation services. This role is pivotal in creating a safe, supportive, and professional entry point into our services. You’ll respond to enquiries, take referrals, conduct assessments, and provide risk screenings to ensure people are connected to the right support at the right time. With your ability to listen deeply, communicate clearly, and remain calm under pressure, you’ll help people feel safe and supported from their very first conversation with us. While this is a stand-alone role, you won’t be on your own, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated teams across Homeless Services and beyond, contributing to shared goals and supporting integrated approaches to homelessness.
