We are expanding into a multi-service hub of family-focused professionals and are seeking skilled Social Workers who are passionate about making a meaningful impact. The Opportunity We are looking for experienced Social Workers to join our team as independent contractors. This role is ideal for practitioners with expertise in family therapy and supporting families experiencing complex needs . You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, collaborate with a diverse team, and contribute to the development of an integrated, multidisciplinary hub. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality therapeutic support with a family-centred approach . Prepare and deliver reportable court reports in line with professional standards. Work with children, adolescents, and families experiencing high levels of complexity . Collaborate within a supportive team of allied health professionals. Maintain professional autonomy while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented environment . About You Degree-qualified Social Worker with eligibility for AASW membership. Demonstrated experience in family therapy and working with complex family systems . Skilled in preparing and presenting reportable court documentation . Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative practice . Ability to work independently within a flexible contracting model .
