This role is ideal for engineers who want to work across both application and integration layers: designing, automating, and scaling solutions that directly impact customers and internal operations. What You’ll Do Design, customise, and extend Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service) using modern design patterns (SOLID, Repository, Singleton) and automated testing; Build Power Platform solutions - Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI Builder - that deliver real process automation from concept to deployment; Engineer secure APIs and Azure integrations using API Management, Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus, integrating Dynamics 365 with systems like SAP and finance platforms; Contribute to Azure Cloud and DevOps practices, building CI/CD pipelines and enabling scalable, resilient enterprise solutions; Leverage AI-assisted development (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Power Platform AI Builder) to accelerate delivery and enhance quality; and Collaborate in Agile squads, engaging stakeholders, solution architects, and engineers to continuously improve speed, stability, and performance. What You’ll Bring 6–10 years’ experience delivering Microsoft enterprise solutions; Strong hands-on experience across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform; Proven capability in Azure Integration Services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management); Solid understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DRY, Repository patterns); Familiarity with AI-assisted development and automation tools; and Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable in Agile, product-based environments.
