Job Description Location : Liverpool Area – South-West Sydney Salary Package : $120k - $140k Super Role Highlights: I’ve partnered with a high-growth Australian healthcare business on a critical role for their business. This is your chance to take ownership, sharpen what’s already in place, and play a key role in embedding quality and compliance across this purpose lead organisation. Role Overview This isn’t just about keeping the lights on when it comes to compliance. The business already has the foundations in place; ISO, NDIS certification, Modern Slavery, APCO - but now needs someone to take that groundwork and embed it properly into the way things are done. You’ll report directly to Senior Leadership, with regular access to the CEO, CFO, CTO. You’ll own the ISO and NDIS recertification (due 2026), lead internal audits, and keep compliance frameworks running to a high standard. You’ll also support early-stage ESG reporting with the guidance of an external consultancy and ensure the business stays ahead of evolving obligations. This is a role for someone who likes to get involved in the detail, while also seeing how it all fits into the bigger commercial picture. A thorough hand-over will set you up, but from there you’ll be trusted to run with it. Responsibilities: Maintain and develop the Quality Management System (ISO9001, NDIS). Plan, lead and report on internal audits; coordinate external audits and recertification. Keep compliance obligations current – Modern Slavery, APCO, AICIS. Collate and prepare reporting for leaders and regulatory submissions. Support ESG/AASB2 climate reporting, working closely with consultants, the CFO, and CEO. Embed quality culture by ensuring policies and procedures are understood, followed, and kept relevant. Act as a key compliance partner across operations, product, and senior leadership. Candidate Profile This role suits someone with hands-on experience in ISO9001 , NDIS certification (NDIS experience is preferred however, not essential), and compliance frameworks who is ready to step into a high-impact role. You’ll be confident leading audits, able to spot gaps and get them fixed, and comfortable engaging with senior leaders as well as operational teams. What will set you apart is your broader commercial understanding, knowing that governance isn’t a box-ticking exercise but part of running a sustainable, customer-first business. You’ll be proactive, positive, and a clear communicator who can balance attention to detail with keeping things moving. Culture & Benefits This business is a privately owned, PE-backed healthcare organisation supporting aged care, hospitals, and community care across Australia. With over 1,000 staff and a national footprint, they’re scaling, which means this role comes at a perfect time for you to make your mark. It’s a supportive, collaborative environment with genuine purpose at its core – improving the lives of the elderly and disabled. Step into a critical role within the business and make it your own Direct access to the CEO, CFO, CTO – your work will have impact and visibility Be part of a business that is passionate about improving the lives of the elderly and disabled.
