Site Manager - Fuel & Convenience Store About the Employer: An established and privately owned fuel and convenience retail group is seeking a dedicated Site Manager for their Stirling location. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with oversight of team management, store operations, compliance, and financial performance. You'll be supported by an experienced head office team and receive regular on-site guidance from an Operations Manager. The Role: As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the store while fostering a positive, high-performance culture. The Stirling store typically operates with a team of approximately 13 casual staff, requiring confident leadership, flexibility, and strong organisation.
