Description About the role: Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, in a newly created role, the Supply Chain Finance Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor between our Finance and Supply Chain Teams (situated in Milawa and Melbourne), to provide strategic financial insights, drive performance improvements and manage financial risks associated with our supply chain activities. Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for supply chain-related costs (logistics, warehousing, procurement spend) Analyse variances between actuals and budget, identifying risks, opportunities, and key drivers of performance Partner with operations and procurement teams to identify and quantify cost-saving opportunities and monitor delivery of savings initiatives Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting related to supply chain activities, ensuring alignment with accounting standards and BFWG policies Support internal and external audits Skills And Experiences What we are looking for: We value individuals who can bring people together, foster strong working relationships, and collaborate seamlessly across functions to drive shared goals forward. Relevant qualifications (CA / CPA / CIMA) preferred Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in Finance, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing, supply chain or operations finance role Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and business partnering. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, highly beneficial. Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to constructively question existing practices and collaboratively drive positive change. Proficient in financial systems (JDE experience is valued) and financial planning tools (Power BI).
