The Role You'll Play Drive new business growth through high-volume, outbound outreach to SMB prospects. Own the full sales cycle—from first contact to close—executing with speed, confidence, and care. Deliver compelling, consultative conversations that show how Mindbody technology solves real business challenges. Compete strategically in a fast-moving market, confidently positioning Mindbody against alternatives. Stay laser-focused on KPIs, maintaining momentum and organization across a high-volume pipeline. Use Salesforce to track progress, forecast accurately, and optimize performance. Keep your approach fresh by staying informed on product updates, competitor insights, and market trends. Learn, iterate, and celebrate wins with a team that values progress as much as results. Experience You Bring 2–4 years of success in high-volume, full-cycle sales or as a top-performing Senior SDR in SaaS. Proven record of converting outbound leads into closed deals within 45 days or less. Driven by goals and outcomes—comfortable working with metrics and accountability. Exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple conversations and deals at once. Resilient, adaptable, and motivated by challenge; every "no" sharpens your next "yes." Clear, persuasive communicator who tailors messaging to SMB audiences. Confident using Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Familiarity with SaaS or wellness/fitness technology is a plus. Bonus: Understanding of APIs, integrations, or cloud-based tools that strengthen value storytelling.
